You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app, at any time. You do not need to ask us and you do not need to give a reason. This page also sets out — plainly — exactly what is removed and what is not.

It exists for exactly one reason: if you ever sign up again with the same email address, everything you paid for comes back automatically. Storing a hash rather than the address itself is what lets us do that without keeping any way to identify or contact you in the meantime. Your remaining AI draft allowance is held alongside it, so a returning customer picks up where they left off — and so that deleting and recreating an account cannot be used to refill a free allowance.
If you would rather that record went too, say so and it will. Email ps.insightfulactions@gmail.com — before or after deleting — and we will remove the archived record as well. After that, signing up again starts genuinely from zero, and anything you previously paid for will not come back. We are telling you this here rather than letting you discover it later, because a deletion that quietly preserves something is only acceptable if you knew about it.
The in-app deletion is immediate. The removal of live records happens within seconds of you confirming. An emailed request is handled by a person, normally within a few days. Backups held by our infrastructure providers age out on their own schedules and are not searched or restored for any purpose other than disaster recovery.
